ICQSR seeks support from groups of companies, departments, individual members, and other organizations.
To show our appreciation, sponsors will be distinguished in the following manner.

ICQSR welcomes individual sponsors. Individual sponsors with ≥ $500 donations will be acknowledged with a plaque and a picture in the conference program; with ≥ $100 donations will be acknowledged with a certificate; and all sponsors will be acknowledged with printed names in the conference program.
ICQSR also has A La Carte Options, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Examples include:
- Name Badge: Price to be determined. All conference attendees are required to wear a name badge connected to a branded lanyard and will carry your logo with them each day of the conference.
- Coffee Breaks: Price to be determined. Four opportunities (two each on Day 1 & Day 2). Recognition is where attendees network and grab refreshments during session breaks. As a sponsor, your logo will be displayed on signage during the coffee breaks and on the Opening Plenary welcome slides.
- Lunch for One Day: Price to be determined. Two opportunities (Day 1 & Day 2). ICQSR provides two networking luncheons. Sponsors will receive their logo on signage during the luncheons and on the Opening Plenary welcome slides.
Sponsor payment should be made by May 30, 2026.
Booth Assignments: Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of the signed Contract for Sponsorship and payment. Assignments will not be made until payment is received.
